Window Mounted FCG

Based on the Flying Crank Ghost from http://www.phantasmechanics.com/

The link below has some drawings of a concept for mounting an FCG so that the ghost hangs outside a window while the mechanics are safe inside the house.Since I haven't tried this out I don't have any plans or measurements. I don't even know if it is feasible yet.
