Kevin O’Connor - Kevin is from Sandown, NH.  Kevin for many years a solid rock musician, Kevin, in his younger days, had been introduced to the Boston Bluegrass scene by local musician Ross Whittier, who often took him along to gigs.  He learned banjo from Don Stover and shared the stage with such performers as Joe Val and Bob French.  With the passing of time, Kevin's banjo, not having been "Picked" for many years, began to "Heal".  It was time to come out of retirement.  So in the spring of 2002 he joined "The American Flyer Band.  In time Kevin's pickn' style had become SO!! FAST!!, he realized the need to "Double Time" by pickn' some of those Traditional Bluegrass licks.  When asked to join the Lost River Ramblers, Kevin didn't hesitate.  We are excited and thankful to have Kevin and his banjo Pickn' talents as part of "The Lost River Ramblers".

Warren Cleary - Warren is from Fremont, NH.  Warren has been playing Bluegrass Music since the formation of "The Lost River Ramblers" in the early 70's.  At the time there were only two Bluegrass Bands performing locally.  They were " The Lost River Ramblers" and White Mountain Bluegrass".  Warren has since shared the festival stage with such noted artists as "JD Crow and the New South" and the "McClain Family Band".  In 1975 at the "1st New Hampshire Bluegrass Festival" in Epsom, N. H. he met and picked with a 12 yr old fiddler by the name of Stuart Duncan.  Warrens Bluegrass career took a turn in 1997, when he became a member of an Irish Band " The Foggy Dew"; but when asked to join "Truegrass Express" and most recently "American Flyer", he jumped at the chance to return to the Bluegrass Music scene.

Now after 30 years Warren decided the time was right to reform "The Lost River Ramblers.

Charlie Derby: Charlie is from Peterborough, NH. Charlie played electric bass in
Rock 'N Roll bands while in college in the 1960's.  After a 15 year hiatus
from music he started playing Bluegrass bass with "The Shady Mountain Boys"
in 1983, and then with "Granite Grass" in the 1990's.  He describes himself
as a straight-ahead traditional bass player who lays down a steady beat for
the other guys to build on. He also lays claim to a stoical Yankee sense of
humor ("I'm from New Hampshire. I AM smiling!!"  He now provides the
rock-solid foundation for the new sound of  "The Lost River Ramblers."  And
his two granddaughters just love "Poppa's music.

Omer "Curley" Roy: Curley is from Manchester, N.H.  Well what can I say about this fiddler.  For those of you who recognize him there is nothing more to say.  But for those of you that haven't had the pleasure of knowing this popular musician  here goes.  Curley is an icon in NH and across the country.  He was "the" long time fiddler with the infamous NH, and beyond, country legend Clyde Joy.  He has played with the Bluegrass legends the number of which is too great to mention.  If you want to learn "the real meaning of Bluegrass and Country music" come talk to Curley.  We are proud and honored to have Curley as a member of the Lost River Ramblers.
