What can more important on a girls website than her guardian and furry companion. Mine happens to be a 72 pound Alaskain Malamute named Dakota Ironbane. For those who have never met a Malamute, these dogs totally rock! My Malamute likes to "wooo" as a form of talking to me. She is super smart and takes training really well.
One of the great things about Dakota is how athletic she is. As a large dog she can run/pull me on the trail while I am rollerblading. Dakota can carry up to a 20 pound backpack when we go for a hike. Here are some Dakota hiking pictures.
Like any Malamute, Dakota loves the snow. (She is a sled dog!) When Pittsburgh gets a decent amount of snow, she gets outside to play. One of her favorite games for the winter season is cathcing snowballs.
