Personalized Bolus Tables

I've never liked doing the math involved in calculating boluses. I also refuse to add a calculator to my carry kit, which I keep as small as possible.

To get around the bothersome parts of the bolus math, I created three tables: Carb, Correction, and Unused. Each table is like a cheat sheet for calculating boluses. I found that these tables make it much easier for me to calculate how much insulin to bolus.  I use a folded printout of the tables as a bookmark in my logbook.  That way I always have it handy when I'm recording my glucose levels and boluses.

New:  "Low Glucose Carb Table" has been added. Helps calculate how many carbs to take to correct a low glucose reading.

Use the links on the left to create and print your own personalized bolus tables.
