Orders are filled on a first come (actually first paid), first served basis. The quickest way to get your order to us is to print out this form, fill it out including your credit card number, then fax it to us (815-923-2006 Attn: Cashier). This will allow us to immediately pull your order and only charge your credit card for the signs we have in stock. You can also print out this form and mail it in with a check. Naturally it will take extra time for your order to get to us via the mail system. If you do choose to mail your order, our address is:

Shipping Cost:

Signs marked “Shipping Table #1: $8 for the first sign, $2 for each additional sign up to 5.

Signs marked “Shipping Table #2: $20 for the first sign, $4 for each additional sign up to 5.

If you are ordering a larger sign or more than 5, please call or email IRM for the shipping cost.

When calculating shipping cost, start with the Table #2 signs, then move to Table #1. You do NOT have to pay for the “first sign” twice. For example, if you buy 2 signs from Table #2 and 2 from Table #1, you would need to include $28 for shipping. $20 for the first Table #2 sign, $4 for the second Table #2 sign, and $2 for each of the Table #1 signs.

NOTE: To better protect car cards and thin maps, they will be shipped in mailing tubes (indicated by “Tube Items”). This shipping cost is calculated SEPARATELY from all other items. The cost for these are $8 for each 5 “Tube” items.
