Windswept Dairy Goat Farm is committed to raising high quality American Alpine and Purebred French Alpine Dairy Goats. Our objective is to improve dairy goats through selective breeding.

Any animal born here at Windswept Farm is  Caprine Arthritic Encephalitis (CAE) negative , Tuberculosis, and Brucellosis Free.  Our heard is certified and accredited.  

First Place Dairy Heard 1995 Maryland State Fair. Also Best three Senior Females 1998 Maryland State Fair. 

    

Windswept Dairy Goat Farm is owned and operated by Jason and Lauren Keplinger.

Jason was a member and officer in the Howard County 4-H Dairy Goat Club.  He gained a lot of knowledge and experience with dairy goats through participating in local, state (3 time Maryland State Champion), and national level 4-H showmanship competitions.  Jason has been a non-sanctioned dairy goat judge and an open class showman for ten years.  He has held many 4-H workshops about general care of dairy goats as well as fitting & showing.

Lauren has currently taken on the role of secretary for the Central Maryland Dairy Goat Association show committee.  In addition, she has assisted in 4-H dairy goat workshops and has been an active open class showman for the past six years.

    

There are many reasons for raising dairy goats. They are rewarding and intelligent animals that are used for milking, showing, 4-H projects, as pets, or as a hobby!

We offer show quality dairy goats for sale as well as breeding services.  Jason is also available to hold 4-H workshops on general care of dairy goats as well as fitting and showing.  In addition, Jason is available to judge non-sanctioned dairy goat shows. 

    

Windswept Dairy Goat Farm is located at the Western end of Howard County, in Mount Airy, Maryland.
