The Turbo Sled

The Sled:
1999 Yamaha SX 600 Triple

The Story:
At the beginning of winter in 2001 Sled Crazy female friend Deann approached me asking what she can do to her sled to increase speed and performance.  I introduced her to the Sled Crazy speed master, Danny Fackler.  Not really knowing Deann's true thirst for speed he started her off right by adding studs, triple pipes, primary and secondary clutch.

Deann and I hit the trails just a few weeks after.  Although her sled was a lot faster she wanted to be in the front of the crowd.  Of course she could go out and buy another sled but that would be to easy.  After the trip she placed a call to Danny at Hot Head Racing and told him it was time to add some real power.  Danny answered her with the immense power of the turbo.  Danny performed a complete custom installation.  The air box, pipe, fuel block and many other components had to be custom made.  Other upgrades and alterations were made that are not to be discuss (Danny's speed secrets.)
