SORRY NO STOP-IN, DROP-INS, OR WALK-INS FOR ANY REASON!!

Taking into consideration the many mail delays, time without electricity, and the hurricane and rainstorm damages that have hit the entire east coast, I have decided that it is only fair to extend the registration sign up period by one week (new date postmark by September 17, 2011).  Unfortunately, I cannot extend it any longer than that.  Anyone submitting payment after the 10th of September may not make the deadline for the mail-in raffles which cannot be extended due to time restraints, but there a many, many other opportunities to win prizes all weekend long!!    I would suggest sending in a Money Order at this point as the bank handles it as a cash payment, thus waiving their normal "hold" on the funds.

I have been getting many emails fearing missing deadline dates and I am fully aware of the potential postal delays with the flooding, etc.   I have been watching postmark dates and allowing time for the mail to get in.  Postmark for the mail-in raffles remains on or before September 24th.  Deadline for registrations extended to September 17th.

This is a full weekend which starts in Friday evening, running continuously through Sunday, breaking up just before noon.

Please keep this in mind when bringing along family members that you are not registering to attend the mini convention.  You will not see them other than turning in for each night.  They will NOT be permitted into any of the activities or sessions unless they are fully paid registrants of this mini convention.
