Application Fee: $300

Homestudy Fee: $1,600

Homestudy Update: $300

Dossier Fee: $3,000

Bulgaria Program Fee: $16,000

Post-Placement Fee: $1,200-$1,400

Other Expenses to Anticipate
   There are some additional expenses which are paid to various service providers. Including:

  • Obtaining copies of legal documents
  • Finger printing
  • Visa filing fee
  • Medical exams
  • Travel expenses (2 trips)
  • Phone calls
  • Postage
  • Legal adoption
