We didn't exactly win, but one thing's for sure -
PG&E definitely lost.
The CPUC has voted to adopt the ALJ Proposed
Decision – NOT the alternate. While the West-of-Skyline
Compromise was rejected, PG&E will be required to bury the line 11
feet deep. By some modeling, the line would emit under 2.5mG of EMF
above the source. Given the additional distance to our homes, we should
be safe. And we will be monitoring PG&E to make certain they fully
