rear suspension installed, fuel tank installed, radiator installed,
passenger foot box completed, driver foot box 50% completed, pedal
box and Russ Thompson gas pedal installed, dash holes for Autometer
gauges cut out, started on passenger and driver side main cockpit
panels. |

front suspension completed, driver side floorpan riveted. |

Fuel System installation, engine installation. It's a ROLLER!
Engine/tranny installed into the frame for the first time!
Removed fuel system; installing FFMetal battery box so it's back
to the drawing board for the fuel pump and filter! :(

placement, removal of material from Lakewood bellhousing, Engine Wire
Loom routed, Ground points installed, passenger side floor panel and
Breeze seat bracket riveted in, rear-most trunk panel rived in, and
final dash layout and drilling completed. |

Finished up details of all wiring looms in the car.
Plumbed mini-heater. Repaired tail housing seal. Finishing up various
details prior to mounting the body. |

Body mounted and delivered to SRP for paint. Pre-drilled all illumination
mounting holes.
Dash pad glued and gauges mounted permenantly. Tested I-Squared
Power Manager/Master Controller. Dash now "permanently"
mounted.

Waiting for body back from SRP. Brakes w/parking brake cables completed!
Reserved CA personalized plates: "SNKVNNM" (Snake Venom)
SNKVNNM's first engine start and go-kart the same day!!!

Engine Teardown - unbalanced motor! Ordered new CHP
347 all forged short block! New motor build up. |
|
|
CHP 347 - Completed Build. Reinstalled into the FFR. GO-KART again
and it's a SUCCESS! Installing insulation and carpeting.

Finished 90% of the carpeting. Roll-Bars Drilled. Rear
Electrical Harnesses Completed. Misc. items taken care of (dash stiffening,
vent hose, etc.) Body is PAINTED by SRP!!! |

Final Details: Getting VIN (CHP), Smog Exemption (B.A.R.),
Brake & Lamp Inspection, Added brake-duct grills, wired (temp.)
license plate illumination, installed quick-jacks and visors. |

California Registration Completed. "SNKVNNM" plates attached
with stickers. New Barry Grant "Might Demon" and proper
carburator tune w/distributor recurve.
