Shown here at Brindisi, Italy in February of 1945 after the 859th BS was sent there on Detached Service in December of 1944. At Harrington, it had been the favorite of the Ewart crew in the late summer of 1944. Wayne Crossan is credited with the photo, he identified those pictured as John Boomer, left, unknown in the middle and Harry John on the right.
