3/4 Cav 2012 Reunion

2012 Reunion Attendance Roster

The 3/4 Cav Reunion will be held May 16th to May 20th, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee. Download or view the registration form here. Additional information can be found in the current Association Newsletter.

     16 rooms remain for the Springhill Inn Block - The Springhill is 1380 feet from the Millennium. These rooms are available to us for $99 per night. Their phone number is 615-244-5474. The manager is Ms. Angela Lewis. When you call, they may not have the info in their system yet so ask the clerk to speak to Ms. Lewis.
    We now have additional rooms available at Quality Inn, 2401 Brick Church Pike. This location is 4 miles from the Millennium. Rooms are $60 and are available through March. Call 615/226-4600 and tell them you are with 3-4 Cavalry.
     The Room Block for the Millennium Maxwell House hotel is 100% Full - Regrettably we have been informed that all of the dedicated block of the rooms are sold for our reunion. The hotel will create a “wait list”. If rooms become available they will release them to our group. You have to call the hotel, not the national reservations. Call 615-259-4343 between 8 a.m. & 4 p.m. If the desk is not aware of this tell them to contact their boss Mr. Chaplain.

     We regret that all of us will not be staying at the Millennium; however, the hospitality room is huge and will hold us all. The banquet room is equally sufficient. Tours will originate from the Millennium. Nashville has so much to offer. Plan on to attend. You’ll have a great time!

Reunion Actitivies

     May 17th Golf Tournament is at the Ted Rhodes Golf Course.
     May 17th tour is to the Hermitage (home of President Andrew Jackson).
     May 18th tour is to the Grand Old Opry (dinner & show).
     May 19th tour is to Ft Campbell (memorial service, meal, & tour).
