Oath of the Varyawen and Taari Kallo

Unto the Taari, I commend this vow. Under her sign, I will conquer. My death for her life with valor. I neither bend nor change. Ways of the Order

The Elves of the Silver Horse is an order of elves lead by the Queen of Arandor. Their purpose is to serve the people of Arandor and help ensure the freedom and safety of it's citizens as well as uphold the honor of it's Taari. With in this order, three different positions of honor may be obtained. First, a Male Soldier of the order, having proven their loyalty, honor, and skill, may become the Taari Kallo . Second, four elite female fighters are chosen as the Taari's Varyawen. They, along with the Taari, join to create the leading council of the Order of the Silver Horse, the Tavari. With in the Varyawen, one trustworthy and very loyal woman is chosen to be the Maawen. The Maawen is the personal attendant and confidant of the Taari her self . The responsibilities of the Order of the Silver Horse are as follows.

Roquen of the Silver Horse
All roquen are to answer any call of service to their King and Nation. They are to ensure every citizen their freedom from injustice and unlawful danger or imprisonment. They are to aid in honorable battle when called upon by their King or Queen. And they are to insure the honor of their Nation is kept in word and deed.

The Taari Kallo
Having proven themselves worthy and loyal, The Taari Kallo is the only male position with in this order. He is to be a protector and guardian of the Taari, and see her escorted safely upon journeys and missions for her Nation. Each year, those Roquen of the Silver Horse wishing for the position of the Taari Kallo, may prove themselves in the Tournament of the Tavari. Challenging both the present Kallo and other hopeful elves. The top Roquen will then claim their place beside the Taari for the next year.

The Varyawen
The Varyawen are chosen to specifically protect and serve the Taari during public events and times of battles. They vow their life and honor to protect her own. They are to put down any threats from within and without toward the Taari, and are to uphold her name in honor and follow only her command. Each year, those females Roquen of the Silver Horse wishing for a position as a varyawen may prove themselves in the Tournament of the Tavari. Challenging both the present Vayarwen and other hopeful women. The top four elves will then claim their place beside the Taari for the next year.

The Maawen
The Maawen, having proven her self not only as a noble roquen, but also earning the trust and friendship of the Taari. She is the confidant and personal advisor to the Taari. Being there to support and aide her Taari in times of hardship. The Maawen is only replaced by another if she is no longer part of the Varyawen.

The Tavari
The Tavari are to ensure all Roquen of the Silver Horse are following the code and laws of conduct the order is bound by. They are to decide and enforce any punishments pertaining to issues strictly dealing with in the Order itself. They are to keep watch over their fellow roquen to make sure all are continuing to improve their skill and knowledge of both battle and horsemanship, while still keeping mindful of their oaths.
