Katie's pups are now 6.5 weeks old. We have been VERY remiss in posting new photos. Our only excuse is that we prefer to play with puppies than work on the computer! We'll start the new photos with a series of portraits we took of the pups this morning...in birth-order...here are:

The pups have become very rambunctious and interactive with each other and with people. They have distinct personalities now and are easier to tell apart. Here are a couple shots of the pups playing with toys - first Carol with her mom's nylabone and then Bobby with Myrtle-the-turtle which was Katie's toy when she was a pup from her Aunt Natalie.

If snoozing was an Olympic sport, these pups would be in Greece right now going for the Gold! Check out the degree of difficulty Marsha is demonstrating in the move below:

Synchronized Snoozing is especially challenging for this team of Olympians...from the free form "pile" maneuver in the top photo to the challenging lineup formation in the lower shot.
