Abilities are the main show of the Dragonballs. They can range from huge explosions to lethal beams. In any form, these attacks are impressive. Each Ability has a Damage Level (DL). This is the basic indicator of really how strong the ability is. Everyone starts off knowing Melee and Energy Ball. Learning times are in parenthesis.
DL: The % of your PL for damage.
Level 1 - Basic move requiring little effort
Level 2 - Requires user to charge for 1 turn and are fairly strong
Level 3 - Requires 2 turns of charging and are extremely powerful
Tactical - Very useful techniques(all tactical moves are level 2 abilities so you must be atleast level 2
Till now, you were only aloud to target 1 person with your attacks (or more if i was in a good mood). Now you can target even more! By training your moves for 5 days, you may then target another person with it! You may train them to an level you wish, so u can fire an EnergyBall at 100 people if u spend 500days training it!! Restrictions: Melee, Spider Form, Energy Sword, Double Tracking Energy Beam, Level 3 moves (except self destruct) can't be boosted with multiples and Spirit Bomb ALWAYS targets every enemy. Also, you may train the damage of your moves! For every 5 days put into power of your move, it will grow an additional 5% DL. This can be done on all moves except Level3 moves!!
Learn to Fly: this move doesnt fit into a specific catagory. So i will put it towards the top. Obviously this is exactly what it says, what it does is shorten the time it takes to get to some place. You must be atleast a Power Level of 200,000 to learn to fly and it takes 4 days to learn.
Level 1
Energy Ball
/ 12% DL / Very Basic energy attack, everyone knows this.(2 days)
Energy Bomb
/ 15% DL / A large orb surrounds you, then explodes outward in a very large blast radius (5 days)
Kamehameha
/ 20% DL / This is the move! Can only be learned on Earth.(5 days)
Destructo Disc
/ 15% DL / Energy is formed into a Disc-shape Blade over head (5 days)
Special Beam Cannon
/ 20% DL / Two fingers are held at the forehead to gather energy, then released into a 'spiral' beam (5 days)
Tracking Energy Beam
/ 15% DL / It is a Energy blast, and it tracks its enemy.(5 days)
Energy A-Bomb
/ 15% DL / Raise 2 fingers into the air after pointing where you want the blast to take affect. The area will explode! (targets all enemies)(6 days)
Galeck-Ho
/ 20% DL / Vegeta's Kamehameha (7 days)
Big Bang Attack
/ 20% DL / This is the experiment of Vegetas when he first achieved SSJ. Its fired by extending your arm and holding your palm flat (6 days)
Eye/Finger Lasers
/ 15% DL / Pure energy rays emitted either from eyes or finger tips (5 days)
Finger Blast
/ 18% DL / Similar to lasers, but explode upon impact (6 days)
Lightning Web
/ 15% DL / This fires an electrical charge at the opponent. Its effect holds the victim fairly still and is very difficult to escape from. (3 days)
Tri-Beam
/ 20% DL / You target your enemies in a triangle formed by your hands, then you fire a perfect triangular blast.(7 days)
Level 2
Spirit Weapon / 40% DL / You can learn to channle your Spirit Energy(HL) into a weapon such as a sword, shotgun, gun...pretty much anything you want to think of.(6 days)
Spirit Ball / 40% DL / This move is almost identical to the spirit bomb but it uses YOUR Spirit Energy(HL) to form a ball of pure spirit energy the size of a basketball. You control this in flight with your mind until it finds its mark. (7 days)
Spirit Kick/punch / 35% DL / This is a more basic way to use YOUR OWN spirit energy in an attack, it surrounds your foot or hand in Spirit Energy increasing its damage level. (6 days)
Masenko / 40% DL / A very strong blast formed above the head and fire from both hands. Usually used in the air. (6 days)
Spider Form/ 40% DL / Allows for the growth of 8 arms for increased attack ability (arms last 1 turn)(7 days)
Gallot Gun / 40% DL / 30 Rapidly fired Energy Blasts (7 days)
Tele Punch and Kick / 45% DL / An odd move where the user stays in one place and can throw various punches and kicks into portals. A portal will then open up behind the opponent and the punch or kick will go right through. (8 days)
Final Flash / 45% DL / The entire body is needed for this attack. It is formed with arms outstretched amd are then brought together to fire the blast. (7 days)
Kikoho / 35% DL / Simply a powerful energy blast (6 days)
Eraser Cannon / 35% DL / Energy Beam fired from the mouth (6 days)
Crasher Ball / 40% DL / Energy Ball formed over the head (6 days)
Astro Fire Cannon / 35% DL / Fires many super-charged energy attacks into the air at the opponents above. (7 days)
Rapid Energy Bomb / 35% DL / Many High Powered Energy Bombs fired very rapidly (6 days)
Energy Sword/ 30% DL / This forms a sword made out of pure Energy. Its is formed around your hand by reaching out and saying 'SWORD' (6 days)
Makosen / 40% DL / Energy blast fired from both outstretched arms (6 days)
Double Tracking Energy Beam/ 45% DL / Similar to the Kamehameha, but there are 2 of them and are guideable (6 days)
Burning Attack / 40% DL / A powerful energy blast shot from both hands. It is done when holding both hands forward, while doing some strange arm moves, and then put both hands forward again, index fingers and thumbs touching. Then release the blast. (6 days)
Bakurikimaha / 45% DL / A Blast charged in one hand and fired when the other is gripping the wrist (6 days)
Level 3
Spirit Wave / 500% DL / Possibly the single most effective use of Spirit Energy, you form a massive concentrated ball of pure spirit energy from both YOU and YOU OPPONENT and once complete you release it in a large blast in front of you hitting EVERYTHING in its path. (10 days)
Touch of Explosion / 75% DL / With this move you learn to channle YOUR Spirit Energy(50,000 HL per attack) into your fingertips and then when you touch your opponent whatever part of them you touch blows up. (6 days)
Food Change / ---% DL / This move is ONLY for Majin Buu or Kid Buu, it is their finishing move. You DONT gain their stats but you do gain their abilities. You must have chosen to kill them and won the fight to use this move. (8 days)
Self-Destruct / 500% DL / You literally explode, killing yourself in hopes of killing your opponent (5 days)
Dead Zone / --- / You open a large portal that draws everything into it. This attack draws the opponent in, and traps in for 3 days, then will be sent to the afterlife (20 days)
Rain of Power/ 75% DL / A Energy blast that fires into the air and then bursts into numerous fragments that rain down upon enemies. (8 days)
Light Scissors/ 75% DL / With a swipe of the hand with two fingers extended, it creates an invisible cutting beam that goes a long way. (8 days)
Finish Buster / 55% DL / Trunks Favorite finisher. Can only be used as a finisher. (9 days)
Meteor Smash / 60% DL / Huge Kamehameha (6 days)
Psycho-Kinesis Bomb / 70% DL / This levitates your opponent into the air then sets off a Energy blast from within. (9 days)
Hell's Flash / 65% DL / Fires multiple energy attacks from the wrist (10 days)
Final Kamehameha / 80% DL / A HUGE Kamehameha. Formed like the normal one, just one single ball. (10 days)
Galactica Doughnut / 70% DL / An energy ring is formed around the opponents, then explodes. (9 days)
Genocide Attack / 400% DL / The most devestating attack used in DBZ. It launches millions of Energy blasts into the air, seeking out and destroying their targets. (20 days)
Imprisonment Ball/ 90% DL / Freeza's special attack where he captures his opponent in a ball of energy they can't break out of. As soon as the ball hits the ground, it explodes. Contains victim for 3 turns before exploding. (15 days)
Inner Demon Beam/ 90% DL / Piccolos strongest attack. It is formed from the chest, then released from the same spot. (15 days)
Spell of Implosion / 100% DL / A magic spell used to make people explode. (Use as finisher)(15 days)
Delayed Death / 70% DL / Many Energy blasts are fired and slow down around the opponent, then all come crashing in upon him. (10 days)
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack / 80% DL / It spits out a ghost-like form closely resembling the person. The ghostlike form has a mind of its own, and when it hits anything, it explodes, severely damaging whatever is caught in the blast. (10 days)
Super Energy Bomb/ 75% DL / Same as Renzoku Energy Bomb, except much more powerful. (10 days)
Death Ball / 100% DL / A small energy ball that when thrown at a planet will eventually destroy it. Thrown at a person...It really hurts (15days)
Beam of Evil/ 100% DL / Its a powerful attack. You fire a spiraling beam from two fingers, which when it hits the target, causes any evil inside of them to expand and expand until they explode. (10 days)
Tri-form - You split into 3 seperate fighters. Lasts 3 turns (5 days)
Time Freeze - Freezes time for 3 turns or until opponent is hit. May be used 3 times a fight and as an defensive move. If both combatant knows the move, neither warrior may use it. (5 days)
Movements of Enchantment- It is a hypnosis technique used to put people into a deep sleep, by using a strange voice and hand motions sleep for 2 turns. May only succuessfully use this once a fight. Nullified if both fighters know it. Once hit once, opponent wakes up!(5 Days)
Paralyze Web - An attack in which the user shoots out webbing from your fingertips, completely covering your opponent. Whilst in this position, opponent is completely immobile, turn is skipped. Every turn thereafter, the attacker must roll higher to maintain the hold. Every turn paralyzed, user absorbs 10% of opponents PL. (10 Days)
Body Change - This moves switches the bodies and PLs of 2 fighters. It will reverse when the original person is defeated. (4 days)
Multi-Form - A technique where the user can sprout independently acting and thinking duplicates of themselves that fight alongside them. This is only used in the anime and movies. Each sprout is 25% stats of the user.(10 days)
Energy Barrier - Creates an unpenetrable barrier of Energy. It will take upto 25% of users PL in Damage. May only be used once a fight. (5 days)
Barrier - Barrier of Energy that blocks melee attacks for 15% of users PL in Damage. May only use once a fight. (5 days)
Defense Portal - A defensive maneuver that opens small portals in front of the user, which can absorb small energy balls. +10 to rolls involving Level1 'Orbs" (7 Days)
Fusion Dance - This allows to fighters of similar body size and PL to fuse together for 1 fight. Both fighters must know the dance and you must be of the same race. (7 days)
Solar Flare - causes a huge flash of sunlight which blinds opponent for 3 turns. Can be dodges. May only successfuly use it once a fight. (3 days)
12 Eyes - You seperate into 4 seperate fighters, each with 1/4 your stats (3 days)
Curse of the Genie- Techinque that seals the opponent into a jar. User dies permanently and victim is trapped into the jar for 60 days or until released. ONLY 3 ways to be released #1)wished out with the dragonballs #2)60 days pass or finally #3)someone with a PL greater then 125,000 uses 1 of their attacks to break the bottle.(3 days)
Ultimate Evolution - This allows you to increase your body size and strength for a fight. Stats double for the fight.(5 days)
Super Kaioken - Advanced Kaioken. You must have a PL of over 100,000 to learn this technique and must alrdy know the original Kaioken attack. Super Kaioken Attack makes your stats x4 for 5 turns. (9 days)
The transformations are the same for most races. This is so that everyone has an equal chance. You must train for 5 days to achieve your Super Form. If I went completely by the series then the Saiyans would be the most powerful once they hit 100,000 PL. All bonuses for going 'Super' are in PL and ST. Also, as you go up in forms, you become stronger and faster. Each level you are given a roll boost number to add to your fight rolls, to make you 'faster'
