It's a bad day in the ER...

The delivery drivers of Bill's Bladders, Inc. have all gone on strike, and it's your job as the lowly intern at Ewiger Hass Community Hospital to transport the organs for transplant!

Sound easy? Well, there's a catch! Quite a few of them, actually...

Unfortunately, all the ambulances have been wrecked by emergency medical personnel playing chicken on the highways, so it's up to you and your trusty Mini Cooper to make it happen! But it won't be easy... You have no siren, other drivers don't give a damn whether you live or die, and the police can't tell the difference between you and a cocaine addict on a bender! Not only that, but on the way you'll have to pick up gas for your car as well as ice to keep the bladders fresh and delicious, all while hurrying to make it back to the hospital before your patients perpetrate a health code disaster of biblical proportions!

	Watch in horror as your patients abuse their urinary privileges by drinking beer and eating asparagus (that other staff members just happen to leave lying around) whenever you fail to meet a checkpoint on time!
	Race ambulances in between levels to impress the surgeons and nursing staff and show those jerks over at Eastside Hospital and Westside Hospital who's boss!
	Utilize a detailed, GPS-enabled map of the city to help you navigate tricky intersections, avoid traffic and construction, and find gas stations where you can fill 'er up and pick up ice to keep your cooler full o' peesack nice 'n' cold!
	Help crazy characters like an eight year old girl who drinks like a fish, a ninety year old man with two prostates, and a racehorse who thinks he's a human!

In this example screenshot, you can see the various gauges that show how much water the patient has accumulated, the amount of gas left in your tank, and the temperature of the bladder itself. If you take too long in getting to your destination, the game lets you know as a cinematic of your patient comes on screen and does something self-destructive, reminding you to get your ass in gear. After all, you're a professional.
