Have Fun If you're not having this, then what's the point of playing? Sit back, relax, and remember that this is a game and not work. The reason we are here is to have fun.
Communicaton Without this, it's nearly impossible to work as a team. Communication is especially critical to our clan because of A: our size, and B: the nature of how we play. If your're not communicating, you (and usually, the rest of us as well) are as good as dead.
Restraint This is all about being a disciplined player. Instead of mindlessly engaging everything in sight, we take our time, plan our attacks, and hit 'em where and when they are least expecting it.
Leadership Every member of the clan is expected to be able to lead the team as a whole when in battle, regardless of their rank. Every member of our clan is important, and we all learn from one another. Our clan becomes that much stronger as a result.
Dedication This is obvious, but if you're not striving to improve, then you never will improve. We encourage every member of our team to strive to improve their game, and to be active in the clan. We want all of our teammates talents to shine be it on the battlefield, or in some other clan-related role. (Though never at the expense of Having Fun).
