Lecture Period

We got talking about Trade Schools, Certifications and College. The lecture period was basically a discussion of the options to get started in the IT field. Wayne & I gave our opinions on the current and future outlook in the Tech Support & Networking fields.
Projects

The group broke into teams and worked on:
Station 12 - Hard Drive problems Web Site
Station 1 - Hard Drive problems
I was very pleased to see that everyone was joined or picked up on a project on your own. I think that we are getting more efficient every week at moving our projects forward and organizing teams.

For Next Week
I have a report that Station #5 is not connecting to the network. Let's check it this week.
We need to finish the IBM computer for the Family Forum Volunteer.

Pleasant Playground

I am asking Pearline to check with Pleasant Playground on the following Questions:
1. What is the Status of their Internet Connection?
2. When should we come back to finish our project?

A wireless router has been connected to the main hub by Robert Spencer. It provides a wireless network within most of the church. I am trying to get Spence to come in as a guest and give us a talk on Wireless security configuration.
