IGBO ANNUAL TOURNAMENT
As of now, it's yours truly that will be representing our entire league in Denver!  I'll complete my registration by the end of the week and hopefully will have plenty to share with you in the fall about the trip!  Wish me luck!  There are 2 New York tournaments coming up if you would like to participate in something more local.  The first is this weekend in NYC, the other in Rochester at the beginning of May.

HUNG IN THE NEWS!
Hung made the local papers recently!  The Nashua Telegraph did an article on his nail salon, Hudson Nails.  The primary focus of the article was on his 20+ birds he has in the shop!  Check out the bowling website to read the article.

KAREN IS BACK ON TRACK!
Karen has recovered successfully from her shoulder surgery is ready to return to the singing gigs.  She will be performing some duo shows with guitarist Rich Fauteux in P-town.  Her April schedule is listed below.  For details, visit her website at www.kgrenier.com.

NHGMC NEWS
The New Hampshire Gay Men's Chorus is in final preparations for their tribute to Cole Porter in May.  Tickets are available now...see Tim R if you would like to attend.  The concert schedule is listed below.

NEAR THE END!
We are down to our last few weeks of bowling.  After tonight there are 2 more weeks of the regular season.  The position roll-off will be May 2nd.  For our newcomers, this is where the 1st place team from the first half of the season bowls against the 1st place team of the second half, and so on down the line.  This will determine the overall standings of the whole season.  On May 9th, we will have a no-tap tournament, which will basically be a fun night, but it could also bring you great rewards at the banquet!!  For our newbies, a no-tap means that if you get at least a 9 on your first ball, it is considered to be a strike.  Your second ball will be treated no differently than it is now (a 9 will still be a 9!).  Scores go up dramatically on this night!  The awards banquet will be on May 16th at the Puritan Back Room Conference Center in Manchester.  The Conference Center is just across the parking lot from the restaurant (in the same building as St. Mary's Bank).  There is no extra fee for any regular bowler to attend the banquet.  If you would like to bring a guest, however, the fee is $20.  See any board member if you have any questions.
