THE WORSHIP & MUSIC TEAM NEEDS YOUR HELP!
The Worship/Music Team needs each Neshaminy-Warwick member to participate in the joy of our worship service.
Lay members are needed. They will help the team to seek liturgists and greeters for the worship services.
Greeters are needed. Two people will serve for one Sunday at both services.
Liturgists are needed. They will lead the Call to Worship, The Prayer of Confession and read the scripture for Sunday worship service.
The flowers are a silent greeter. Thank you for supplying our lovely flowers. The Worship & Music Team appreciates Dorothy Smith for coordinating this program.
Worship begins when the first person enters the Sanctuary. The liturgy begins with the opening music – prelude. If you whisper, whisper a prayer! FROM THE DEACONS Did you know??? AS part of our ministry, we the Deacons send "goodie" snack packages twice a year to our College Students. The extra energy is very helpful during exam time, and the students enjoy sharing the goodies. If your family has a student currently in college, or planning to attend in September as a Freshman, we need their names and addresses to update our files.
Did you know??? Financial assistance is available through a Student Loan Program. If interested in more information, or an application, contact the Church Office.
Did you know??? The Deacons keep in touch, visit, and administer Communion to the members of our congregation who no longer can attend services. We call these our Special Care Members. If you have a family member who would wish to be added to the roster of Special Care Members, we need their names.
