Registration Form for Ocana Club House

To reserve your place in the  Ocana class, print off this form and send it in  with your check prior to the first class. For classes at the Hedersonville Arts Council at Monthaven in Hendersonville, call the Hendersonville Arts Council at 822-0789. Be sure to indicate whether you are registering for the Beginner or Intermediate class. I will call as soon as I receive payment to confirm you place in the class. Space is limited and the priority will go to the first applications received. The checks will not be cashed until the first day of class.
