CREW Information

Since the summer of 2000, Willamette University crew coach, Rod Mott, has conducted a series of crew workshops on the Willamette River in Salem. The workhop training operates out of the Willamette University boat house, upstream from the Marion and Center Street bridges. Rowers use Willamette U. shells and equipment. No experience is necessary, however, a simple swimming test is required. The workshop lasts about 6 weeks. There is a cost (to be posted later).

These awesome workshops have proven very successful in introducing more people to the world of rowing and increasing the membership of the Salem Rowing Club.

The workshop is a great way for beginning as well as experienced rowers to join a group of rowing enthuiasts and increase their rowing skills.

Please check back for information on how to signup for the workshop.
