Snowlady is a tote, a toy, a home decor item -- just ADORABLE. It’s so much fun to make with this quick and easy pattern. She is made from just one major pattern piece? The hat is cut separately. Black button eyes shine with joy. The mouth smiles because of a simple running stitch. The upraised arms are waiting to cling to the new owner or hang on a door knob or whatever. The face flap reveals a place to store treasures. She measures a little more than 12 inches from the top of her hands down to her snowy bottom.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

¼ yard Plush white washable felt
6 " x  6 " mustard colored washable felt for
    the hat
Small amount of stuffing for arms, hands, and
    hat

NOTIONS:

Tracing Paper
Soft pencil for back of tracing paper. Hard
    pencil.
White thread to match the body
Mustard colored thread to match the hat
Black thread to sew on button eyes
Red thread to match the ribbon on the hat.
Strong white thread such as upholstery thread
   or quilting thread for sewing hands together
Red ribbon 5/8" x 9" wrap above the hat brim
Red ribbon 5/8" x 4" to create bow on the hat
Red ribbon - 5/16" wide x 11" length - to glue
     onto the chin
Green grosgrain ribbon 3/8" x 20" for little bows
     on the skirt
One yellow 3/16 " Pom Pom to embellish the hat
One orange 3/16 " Pom Pom to embellish the hat
One green 3/16 " Pom Pom to embellish the hat
One yellow 3/8" Pom Pom to decorate her chest
One orange 3/8" Pom Pom to decorate her chest
One green 3/8" Pom Pom to decorate her chest
Fabric glue
Two black round 7/16" buttons with shank for
    the eyes
Five red 5/16 " buttons with two holes for
    attaching to the skirt
One Embroidery needle with a large eye
Green Embroidery floss to match the green
    ribbons on the skirt for tying on buttons
Black embroidery floss (for mouth)
