Would you believe this Frog is a TOTE AND A PUPPET? Just ADORABLE! So much fun to carry and surprise someone with the fact that this tote bag can PERFORM! Reach in from the back of the head to manipulate the mouth and make him "talk"! The puppet’s mouth is big enough for most adult hands too! The upraised arms are waiting to cling to the new owner or hang on a door knob or whatever. Store your treasures under the chin. Add a whimsical touch as a home decor conversation piece. He measures about 17" from the top of his hanging hands down to his bottom; and about 11 inches from the top of his head down to his bottom.
This pattern consists of eight pages photo-copied with black ink on white paper.  Six pages are  8 1/2" x 11"
and two pages are 8 1/2" x 17".

MATERIALS NEEDED:

1/3 yard Sturdy Dark Green Twill Fabric for the
Back Body, Short & Long Neck pieces, Based
      on 36 inch fabric
1/3 yard sturdy Yellow Twill Fabric for Front Body
      and Body Lining
1/4 yard yellow-green small design broadcloth
     fabric
for Arms and Legs
Red sturdy fabric 8" x 18" for the mouth
Sturdy fabric scraps -- Two square pieces
     2 ½ " x 2 ½ " to cover the stuffing on the back of
the  eyes if you use eyes with a shank
Pink washable felt -- 2 ½ " x 3 ½ " for the Tongue
Black washable felt - 1 ½" x 2 1/2" for the Tonsils
Small amount of Polyester Fiberfill stuffing to stuff arms, hands and to fill area in back of eyes
Fusible web - 7" x 12" to fuse legs
Plastic lid from five gallon round ice cream plastic
carton (or similar plastic lid) for cutting the mouth
stiffener - A slightly flexible plastic

mouth. By using plastic as a mouth insert, the
tote may be gently hand-washed when it gets
      soiled.
Thread to match the fabrics
.
Fabric chalk for marking.
Two -- 1 ½ " diameter Frog eyes or 1 ½" buttons

You will receive EIGHT PAGES copied from a copy machine.  Six pages are 8 1/2" x 11" and two pages are 11" x 17".  The step-by-step instructions are printed with black ink on white paper.  This is an original, exclusive, one-of-a-kind pattern.  Not sold in stores or catalogs.
