FULL SIZE PATTERNS with complete step-by- step illustrated instructions.
Patterns include three different styles -- VIEWS A, B, and C. There are
twelve different tigers altogether. Each view includes a family with Dad
Tiger, Mom Tiger, Lively Cub and Sleepy Cub. The amazing thing about
View A and B is that each entire tiger is created from
ONLY TWO
PATTERN PIECES -- the front and back.
Minimal sewing is required for all three Views. Use matching embroidery
floss to sew around three sides of the body with a simple running
stitch. (You may use a sewing machine if you are in a hurry). Use Hook
and Loop tape to attach paws if you want to open and close them. Some
kids like to hang them from their wrists or belts.
You may sew or
glue the paws together instead.
View A -- needs the muzzle and chin painted
WHITE. You may use a Speedball Painter's Opaque Paint Markers OR a #6
flat brush and acrylic paint. You will need a BLUE fine point Speedball
Painter's Marker to paint the sleepy eyelids. A Pyrm-Dritz black fine
line permanent fabric pen is needed for drawing details on all three styles.

View B -- the rare white tigers are elegant
and artistic. The Dad and Mom were made of PLUSH washable felt and the
cubs were created from standard felt since the smaller details would be
hard to draw so small. A fine line black permanent fabric pen (the type
used for signing quilts) was used on the white tigers as well as a pink
fabric fine line marker.

The finished tigers in both View A and View B will appear to have been
put together with many different pieces, but YOU can easily do some
clever folding that will make it all work "beautifully!"
View C -- is a Cut 'N Glue Set -- NO painting
is needed. View C requires TWO MAJOR PATTERN PIECES and you will need to
cut out and glue separate tiny pieces of felt for the face features.
WHITE FELT for the muzzle, chin, and inner ear. ORANGE FELT is needed
for the nose. BLACK FELT is needed for the tip of the nose and ear
lining. The stripes are drawn on with the black fabric pen and draw a
little black mark
inside the mouth.
The other features were simply
glued on.
The finished size of the patterns is the same for all three families.
Dad Tiger is
7 1/2 inches from top of paws to bottom. Mom Tiger is 7 1/4 inches from
top of paws to bottom. Lively Cub is almost 4 inches from top of paws
to bottom and Sleepy Cub is about 3 1/2 inches from top of paws to
bottom.
The pattern includes 14 pages photo-copied with black ink on white
8 1/2" x 11" paper
These EXCLUSIVE PATTERNS can not be purchased
