What is Group Coaching?
Group Coaching is one of the most time and cost effective methods for continuous personal development. Boundary Coaching Groups are like individual coaching, which takes place by phone. In the Boundaries Coaching Group, you join with 5-8 other like-minded people who are focusing on achieving similar goals and who are prepared to brainstorm and share resources and practices, give feedback and set up accountability structures for mutual benefit – all over the telephone.
This is not a lecture class. I’m looking for people ready to dig in and apply boundary principles to their lives.
One of the biggest complaints I hear about workshops and groups on Boundaries is that people loved the sessions, they learned about setting Boundaries, but they had a hard time putting into practice what they learned. It’s not because they weren’t listening, it’s simply because they needed to practice boundary setting but they fall back into old habits.
Most of you are far from beginners on the path to having healthy boundaries. You’ve read the book and/or taken a group. You’ve probably also had some terrific results. But if you still want to consistently apply what you’ve learned - A Boundaries Coaching Group was designed for you.
What would it be worth to you to be clearly and easily moving forward in your life as a person with healthy boundaries?
In the time-limited groups here’s what you can expect:
· 3 or 4 one hour meetings via teleconference.
· A confidential, safe environment to gain insight and feedback.
· True savings- group coaching is 60% less than individual coaching.
· A focus and accountability structure that enables you to make major life improving changes.
· Short homework assignments and a buddy you talk to in between meetings.
· Unlimited e-mail support to answer questions and concerns during the week.
How much does a Boundaries Group cost?
$45 for a three week group, $60 for a four week group.
