Yes, I intentionally did no processing in CS just to show that when adjusted to the same exposure in ACR they would look the same.
(Even though there's a 2 2/3EV span of exposures.)

When I adjust using a simple Levels command in CS I get:

All 9 adjusted pics look underexposed to me may be it's my horrible monitor at work...
There is no single "correct" exposure. I'd just keep this "artisitic" issue in mind.
