Gassert Stacker

Here is one of the latest projects I have been working on.
The company I work for, recently acquired a great deal, on a used stacker, to stack signatures that are produced through a stitcher and trimmer.
Only one problem. The machine has been very well used, and in dire need of repairs.
To compound the problem, as with most appropriated used machinery, there is little to no documentation.
Can a person get to an obscure location without directions, or a map?
(eventually, if they travel long enough)

Fortunately, I actually enjoy backward engineering machine circuitries so as to produce wiring diagrams.
This one had a special challenge. Not one wire was numbered or labeled.
There are a few numbered terminals involved, and all the relays and contactors are labeled.
I could not find any website with any information on such a machine after an extensive internet search, so I determined to post a webpage on what I have produced, in case anyone else might benefit from what I have laboured through.
The labeling of relays and such, are my perception of how they should be described.
There have obviously been a few modifications, and all I have done, is transcribed on paper what actually exists.
I didn't design it, although if I spend enough time on it, I'll no doubt be modifying it myself.
