Dear Friends and Respected Community Members,

We are honored to have this opportunity to bring this local community activity with a vision of bringing community together and to create awareness in our kids about our rich culture and heritage. We thank all the tireless and relentless volunteers who, with visionary zeal and passion, are helping organize this community activity. We also Thank all the members for your outpouring of support.

We are so excited about this event! Be ready to be part of this fun-filled evening. The key attractions include vibrant Holi Colors, Baithak Holi in true pahari style, mesmerizing performances including pahari songs and dances, Raffle for Charity & several kids' activities.

Please read the attached documents for Charity Programs Initiated by Tristate UANA Chapter. During the event ,we will be raising funds for these programs with the Raffle draw & pledges (attached is a pledge form to pledge your donations).

Winning Raffle Prizes are : Nikon Coolpix L18 Digital Camera ($100 value), India Today Yearly Subscription ( $73 value) & a $50 Gift card for Mint Restaurant, NY

The 2009 Tri-State Pahari Holi Mela organizing committee and advisory committee thank pahari community members for their phenomenal support. We are indeed blessed and humbled by this overwhelming response by our community members. We, with great humility, are requesting that any community members who did not get a chance to respond yet, please support and attend this Tri-state Pahari UANA community activity.

This, we hope, serves as a wonderful example of Tristate local community members partnering with UANA again with a primary goal to bring this community together and to create awareness in our kids about our rich culture and heritage.
