Also, I assume that all stories were published in periodicals before they were collected into a book.  So, where were these first published?
From "A New England Nun" 1891: "A Pot of Gold"

Then, "Eglantina" was published differently in "The Givers" and "The Fair Lavinia".  The version in "The Fair Lavinia" matches best with the pre-collected version in Harper's Monthly of August, 1902.  What other versions are about?
