These PDF manuals cover operation, including programming, of the Tektronix 1701 and 1702 Machine Control Unit. They are scanned from the original manufacturer's manual.

Two PDFs of the manual are provided, in two resolutions. One is:

Text pages scanned at 600dpi
Text with Drawings at 600dpi black and white
Text with photos at 600dpi grayscale with contrast adjusted

The other set is done in resolutions that vary depending on individual page content, but are never higher than needed to produce a useable quality, quickly navigable file that will do the job without consuming more time and resources than are needed.

Both resolutions are fully bookmarked and hyperlinked, and have both the chapter-page (i.e, 2-11, 3-2, etceteras) and the sequential (1, 2, 3,..., n,...) page numbering systems.

I send you both resolutions on CD. You'll receive the large file, plus the smaller, faster text-searchable version. That way, you can navigate, search and etceteras with the fast PDF and only use the large PDF when you want to print. All original manual pages are supplied in both resolutions, with no pages added or subtracted.
