Two PDFs of the manual are provided, in two resolutions. One is:
Text pages scanned at 300dpi
Text with Drawings at 600dpi 256 shades of grey
Schematics at 600dpi 256 shades of grey
Photos are not mentioned because there are none. The manufacturer used good drawings in their stead.
Color is not mentioned because there was no color used in the original manufacturer's manual, so none is present in this.
The other file is done in resolutions that vary depending on individual page content, but are never higher than needed to produce a useable quality, quickly navigable file that will do the job without consuming more time and resources than are needed.
The files are bookmarked.
I send you files in each resolution on the CD. You'll receive the large file, which is great for printing, plus the smaller, faster text-searchable version, which is great for research and finding which specific pages you may wish to print. That way, you can navigate, search and etceteras with the fast file and only use the large files when you want to print, conserving your time and resources. All original manual pages are supplied in both resolutions, with no pages added or subtracted (if you purchased a CT-3000B manual on eBay from a guy in Texas, you've probably foun by now that it has a great many important pages missing... ours is the full, complete manual.)
You should have no problem printing the pages, then folding and taping the sections of the fold-out pages to make printed copies of the original manual. Alternately, the pages can be printed as needed. The large file is scanned in the proper sequence and with any blank page backs included in order to facilitate printing entire manuals. Page orientation in the large file is always portrait. Alternately, the information can be taken directly from the computer screen, and the small file is scanned in a sequence optimized for screen reading, and page orientation is that of the text or diagram on the page. All manual pages are readable and are fine for technicians and engineers who need service and operations information. Manual collectors, though, should search elsewhere.
