As incredible as it seems, you'll also find "smooth operator" sites, very slick, very professional, selling these on CD for as much as $150.00 to $200.00 PER PDF!!! This is usually done in the guise of being a site catering to and involved with collectors' interests as opposed to a sales site... there truly is one born every second, isn't there? Anyway, please consider this page sort of a "convenience store" where you can get it for a couple of bucks (or get all of them on a CD for $10) without investing the time to search, and without taking the risks inherent in cruising unknown sites, and certainly without paying some slick salesman hundreds of bucks for it.
