This disk contains scans of the pages of a Heathkit Assembly Manual, which also serves as the Operating and the Service Manual, for the Model SB-220 Linear Amplifier. This manual covers everything you need to know to operate, adjust, repair, or maintain the SB-220. The manual includes general information, specifications, circuit descriptions, schematic, parts list, parts layouts, and etceteras. The scan is done in 600 dpi greyscale, 600 dpi b/w, or 256 color 600 dpi, as appropriate for the individual page, and is assembled into an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file.
There are two versions of the PDF included on the CD. One is the same lower res as our "free" version you may have seen (but sans letter and web page) and the other is a very high resolution PDF intended to be used for printing high quality pages. The smaller "research res" PDF is bookmarked, hyperlinked, and has both electronic and sequential page numbering systems. 11x17" information areas are done in 11x17" scans.
