The PDF is bookmarked, hyperlinked, and features both the Chapter-Page Numbering System and the Sequential Numbering System.
We include a "foldouts.pdf" with the foldout pages from the manual scanned 17x11". Please note that the foldout pages are ALSO included as ~A4 scans (sectioned as 8.5 x 11" pages, in other words) in the main manual for ease of printing on standard printers. If there are any 26x11" pages, they are scanned in two 17x11" sheets.
