The 17x11" foldout pages are provided in 17x11" scans. If there are any triple-size (26x11") pages, they are scanned in two 17x11" sheets if the information is continuous over the 26" width. Otherwise they're provided as an 8.5x11" scan for the material originally contained within the 8.5x11" pane and a 17x11" scan for the material originally contained in the 17x11" pane.
