NEWS ARCHIVES JULY, 2006 AUGUST, 2006 SEPTEMBER, 2006 JUNE-AUGUST, 2007 Two Launches in One Day!!!... August 14, 2007 Wow two launches in one day. Almost. The wind was too much earlier in the day. We did meet up with our friend Rusty and his family and were able to launch a couple of rockets in the morning. The evening launch was way more successful. Our friends Doug and Dave & Michelle's family meet up with us for some fantastic launches. The Mean Machine & Navaho debuts. Amato's hobby shop had there biannual sale and we took advantage. Check out our new acquisitions on the rockets page. ____________ Finally a Successful Launch, Almost... July 24, 2007 We finally got a launch in, however we did lose the Astra to the wind. We should have launched with lower power engines but only had C6-5. The wind kicked up right as it launched and it drifted into the lake. Other launches included the Executioner, Fatboy and Patriot. <<Click Here for July 24, 2007 images>> ____________ Launch Cancelled due to Weather... June 13, 2007 Bummer but the weather dictates everything in rockets. However, we were able to get some train content on the site. Check the links to the the left. Most of them have content and all will have content soon. ____________ Launch Anticipated & New Website Content... June 10, 2007 Well it's about time. We are planning our first launch of the season Wednesday June 13. We are so excited. It has been much too long since we have launched. In other news, we are diving into the exciting world of N-Scale Model Railroading as you can see from our new banner above. All of the updates will be included on the website. No train content as of yet, but we anticipate it soon. ____________ Sorry It's Been So Long... November 20, 2006 Sorry it has been so long since we updated the website. In truth, it has been awhile since we have built, launched or even worked on any rockets. No serious events have taken us away from the hobby, it has just gotten colder and I guess we just decided to take a break. As many of you are curious and would like to see some content, I have included some pictures of what we have been up to. We promise to get back to rocket building soon and you can be guaranteed to see the results here.
