So much for
laser cut fins. This was the most difficult time I have had
removing the flash from the fins. There were several lines
that were not cut at all. One of the fins actually developed
a small crack that I think will be fine after sand sealing. |

I used a
ruler to push the engine mount into position between the fin
slots. |

the slots had to be widened in order for the fins to go in.
Not too difficult but scary with the Xacto knife. |

Wow the white lettering shows up better in the pictures than
in real life. It has more of a transparent look in reality. |
