Project Pip Squeak - July 2006

Step 1: Attach the shock cord to the Kevlar cord. Should probably make sure I have all the materials before starting.

Don't glue your fingers together! Step 4: Make a V shaped knotch on the itty bitty green ring.

Lots of little tubes... Scalpel...

Tying more knots. Where was I?

Use pencil. It's erasable. Insert and secure the engine mount.

Insert tube A into tube B. Cut out enclosed measuring guide.

Secure measuring guide to tube B.

Marking my fin and launch lug lines.

Cut out fins. Sanding the edges of the fins.

My audience, Dominick Cat.

Glue, Krazy Glue, same difference.

Precision placement of the fins. My hands were shaking! The Mess.

And she said, "I don't want to wear that outfit..." Drying in the staging area.

Metallic red paint!! Paint setting. It looks weird and orange here, but it'll be perfect after the second coat.

Perfect coat of red on the nose cone, the second time around.

The stickers! Naming of the Pip Squeak.

Didn't like the first placement of the sticker. We're gonna try again!

Perfect. Pip Squeak complete!
