instructions! HAHA! |
The cheaper
Wal-Mart Krylon Spray paint, $.97, is great. Not as thick as
the model paint. |
Good action
shots. |
Good coat. |
I don't want
my coupler to be painted. It would be too tight. |
Blue
painters tape works well. Here comes
the red!!!! |

much. |
Almost.. |

A little
sanding then one more coat!! Finished
product. Looks really good with sanding and two coats of
clear gloss coat! |
Here comes
the white paint for the base. Blue
painter's tape on the fin that will be red. Hope it doesn't
pull off the cardboard! |

Painting at
11:45PM. We want this rocket to be ready for tomorrow's
launch! |
Man, I hope
the tape held up. |
Crap! A
little of the red paint go through. I tried to run it off
with a bit of brush cleaner. It go most of it but I had to
put some more white paint on. Looks pretty good. There is a
line where the new paint starts but not noticeable from a
distance. Next time I will use two bags! |
