Membership

AAUW membership is open to anyone holding an associate or equivalent, baccalaureate, or higher degree from a qualified educational institution. In principle and in practice, AAUW values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or class.

Membership in AAUW Newark Branch includes membership in AAUW and Delaware AAUW. Dues July through June are $65 (Association, $49, State, $6, Local, $10).

Members receive AAUW Outlook, Branch newsletters, and State newsletters. State, regional and national forums, workshops and conventions provide opportunities for personal growth and leadership.
