Three Teeth... Nine Days
Abby lost three teeth in 9 days! They've been loose for quite some time now but were just hanging in there. The fun thing is that last year she lost her first two teeth exactly one week apart. (#3 was accidentally knocked out by Daddy on Easter) Tooth 4 & 5 were also exactly one week apart! Elora helped knock out #4 by banging her head into Abby's mouth. #5 loosened up when Abby wiggled it the entire time she was at swimming lessons. Daddy helped pull it out when he got home from work. Abby was eating an apple when #6 came out. I had told her the story of Uncle Matt eating his tooth along with his cottage cheese and so every bite she took, she'd check with her tongue to make sure the tooth was there before she swallowed. When she realized it wasn't there, she came over to me and spit out that bite into a napkin. We fished through it and found the tooth. Apple chunks and teeth are quite similar in color really... Anyway, here are some photos of her mouth. She says she thinks she looks like a beaver with only the two center bottom teeth. What do you think?
