I had 6239 total contacts during 2004, 2482 of them in the DX category (outside the 48 states). I participated in at least 30 contests in some form; some of them fairly serious within my capability, and some of them just dabbling from time-to-time during the weekend.  My contest contacts went anywhere from 17 in one contest to 625 in the contest with the most contacts. (It impresses me, anyway.)
