Angus McKinnon Young, was born on March 31,
1955 in Glasgow, Scotland. He is a founding member of AC/DC, the
greatest band in the history of Rock and Roll. His skill as a guitarist
and songwriter has taken AC/DC to the top of the charts for years! He
has been the lead guitarist of AC/DC since the group was formed in 1973
in Australia. Angus Young is known for his hard-edge style and signature
vibrato. His wild stage energy, and antics are legendary in the world of
Rock and Roll. He is probably best recognized for his signature
schoolboy clothing that he wears on stage every time AC/DC performs
live.
