Brian Johnson was born on October 5, 1947 in Dunston, Gateshead, England. He is the lead singer and songwriter for AC/DC. He currently lives with his wife Brenda in Sarasota, Florida.

In 1980, he was asked to audition for AC/DC. Brian was asked by the band to join them as the new lead singer, replacing the recently deceased Bon Scott. Brian's first album with AC/DC was Back in Black. It is currently the band's biggest selling album.

Brain's trademark is his cap. He is rarely seen without one. Despite this, he does have a full head of hair!
