He develops curriculum and teaches for the Harvard University Program on Negotiation and co-leads the Family Institute of Cambridge Action Methods and Videofeedback Interest Group. This group, actionmethods.org, offers workshops in Watertown and Cambridge, MA, as well as onsite consultation and training to human service agencies in the US and Europe.
Offered workshops include uses of role-played rehearsal and videofeedback in negotiation, enhancing interpersonal skills, and clinical consultation.
