Our Interests

We feel education is crucial to living a fulfilling and successful life. We’ll be there for our kids from the first day of kindergarten through college and beyond. 

We are both avid readers and can't wait to read board books to a baby again.  We read to Lucy every day and have gathered a huge collection of children’s books.  We know Lucy will have a long list of "must reads" for her new baby sister or brother!

We both love to explore faraway places, and we can’t wait to travel with our expanded family.  Adam has worked as a pediatrician in Thailand, Bangladesh and China.  Glenn worked in Malaysia writing software and lived in Kenya for a semester during college.

We’ve taken Lucy across the U.S., to Mexico and to Ireland, where we had a great time exploring castles and the countryside.  We hope to instill in our children a sense of wonder and respect for the planet and the different ways people live.

We love the arts, and we’ll help our children explore their artistic side.  Glenn has acted in plays and musicals over the years, and Lucy will be excited to take her little brother or sister to puppet shows at Atlanta’s Center for Puppetry Arts.  We'll also make puppets with Uncle Josh, who was once a professional puppeteer.

We like to hike and can’t wait to show our family the great outdoors, around Georgia and beyond. 

Adam loves to bike and is excited to take our kids on rides and end up at our favorite diner for pancakes.  Glenn is a runner and has roped Adam into doing a few half marathons with him. We also look forward to taking the kids horseback riding with Aunt Susie and her horse, Griffin.

Glenn also likes to garden and is looking forward to planting vegetables in the backyard with Lucy and her brother or sister.
