This is emphasized text

This is another way I can emphasis text

Here, I use a large font, instead of color to make the point

This, will usually be centered

Acronyms, abbreviations and words needing more of an explaination are coded with a dotted line around the word
Pass your Mouse Over the item. A ? will show at the mouse cursor and a tooltip will popup!

How is an acronym coded?

The following are how some of the default HTML tags are displayed.
They are not used that often

I sometimes use this typographic type effect for the start of somewhat longer narrative. It usually signifies that you might have to think about this for a second.

Other times I might start out the line slightly indented.  With these lines I think I have to use two of the   to get the spacing correct.  The last line of this paragraph will not have two   and I bet it will only have one space between the period and the next sentence. I have two spaces before this but no  .

Lists and Lists and Lists

Example of a Nested List of DL DT. This DL DT is the Heading

a Sub DL DT
a Sub Sub DL DT using DD to indent
Another line in this Sub Sub
Back to the Sub level
Salads
Eggs

This is a plain DT ... in a Defintion List (DL) Definition Terms (DT) Definition Description (DD) structue
this is a plain DD that goes with the above dt
and this is a plain DT
and its corresponding DD
a DT
with perhaps one very long DD line to see how this wants to wrap at different reslotuions on view settings. Looks like I wll need a lot more text in this sentence to make it wrap at 90%

Deja Moo:

The feeling that you have heard this bullshit before.

The Pullquote Technique:  A Combination of this technique with other typographic conventions, such as first line indent, would prove too distracting visually, and should be avoided. In this example, a sans-serif font was used, with italics, to further emphasize the pullquote. The CSS properties which must be set (and perhaps adjusted) are: width, padding-right, and margins. It is suggested that you avoid the use of absolute values for fixing the size of the text, padding and width. Using relative values like

p class small margins with class note. A Combination of this technique with other typographic conventions, such as first line indent, would prove too distracting visually, and should be avoided. Besides, the P is hosed in IE as the following DIV is not

div class smallmargins with p class note. A Combination of this technique with other typographic conventions, such as first line indent, would prove too distracting visually, and should be avoided.
