These timers were created to help you run events and activities where there are multiple actions that need to be watched and performed.
You have to hit the apply button to save your options
They will become active the next time you start the Timers
You may currently set up to 6 timers for each type: Count Down, Alarm Time and Stopwatch.
For example, set the options for a Count Down Timer (Hour:Minutes:Seconds, Alarm Sound etc) and Hit Set Alarm
A timer appears below the Count Down Timer Options.
Make another set of selections and hit Set Alarm and you will see another timer appear.
Alarms are numbered sequentially.
Repeating Alarms are given a new number for each repetion.
The display of alarms shifts around as new alarms are added and old ones become inactive
You can type in a short descriptive name for each of the Count Down Timers
The Display Time and Date Options refer to the Time and Dates which are displayed at the top of the page
The timers are accurate to +- 3 seconds plus the Update Interval.
The Update Interval is currently hard coded to 1, however, in the next release you will be able to change it.
The higher the Update Interval, the more time your computer has to do other tasks!
If you close the screen, the timers are no longer active.
If you turn down the sound on your computer, it will be very hard to hear the alarms.
Use the Check Alarm Play button to make sure you can hear the ALARMS!
You can open a new tab in Mozilla or a new window in Internet Exploder to continue working and your timers will remain active.
